Return Policy

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn’t right we are on hand to help. Contact us on hello@candlecollectioncompany.com for assistance and we’ll get back to you promptly.

If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

  • the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
  • the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

Please note, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return. 

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
